My recent stay at Hotel Maison Albar - Le Champs - Elysees was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the exceptional service and genuine care shown by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficiency of the reception staff. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm, with tasteful decor that perfectly complemented its prime location in the heart of Paris. During my stay, an unexpected challenge arose when my only pair of glasses broke on a Sunday morning. As someone with poor eyesight, this posed a significant inconvenience and could have made my travel back home difficult. I turned to the hotel staff for assistance, hoping for the best but unsure of what could be done on a weekend. To my immense relief and gratitude, the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. They quickly contacted local opticians, arranged for a repair service to come directly to the hotel, and even provided temporary eyewear to ensure I could continue enjoying my time in Paris comfortably. Their proactive and caring approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and efficiency. Beyond this exceptional act of assistance, every aspect of my stay at Hotel Maison Albar - Le Champs - Elysees was impeccable. The room was luxurious and meticulously maintained, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of a bustling city. The dining experience was equally delightful, with delicious meals served in an elegant setting. The hotel's location near the Champs-Élysées made exploring Paris effortless, with iconic landmarks and charming cafes just a short stroll away. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Maison Albar - Le Champs - Elysees exceeded my expectations in every way.

This is a very lovely boutique hotel. Our room was very clean, I thought it was brand new. The hotel is within reach of every facility you could want, There is a metro station within a minute or two's walk, Arc de Triomphe is basically at it's door step and it's a few minutes walk from Champs Elysee. Not sure what the best part of this hotel is, there are so many. Our room had a mirror ceiling which was amazing, there's a Japanese toilet which was interesting to see. The hotel offers day rooms if you need a late checkout. The day room wasn't as fancy as the room we stayed in but it was decent for our purposes. So many good things about this hotel, you won't be disappointed. There are two very nice cafes next door and across the road from the hotel, that are definitely worth a visit.

The location is perfect, near to everything. Everyone from housekeeping, bar, and the reception is very accommodating and their recommendations i.e. restaurants, directions, best transportation to use from A to Z, luggage concerns, etc. came so handy and made our stay memorable. We were even given a room upgrade! We’re looking forward to stay with them again.

Location is on point and the setting in the courtyard at the back led to a quiet few hours sleep when we returned home late from seeing Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was lovely and in a nice calming setting. The night manager had a more relaxed approach but the Front of house day time manager I felt went above and beyond to fix any issues we had.

I spoke very little french however fortunately for me almost all staff spoke english (except for the cleaners, however it was easy to communicate with them as well using hand gestures and what not) Food was amazing too and the deserts I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and believe I got value for my money
